Don't Panic. Express Yourself.


The aim of the Unease Project is to encourage you to express yourself through photography, writing or other creative arts.

This month, we have looked at panic. Think of the word panic. How does it make you feel? If you’ve had panic attacks, what did they feel like? Try to express how you feel through writing, art and photography. Express yourself!

If you are experiencing panic attacks or any mental health issues, please seek help from your GP.

Unease - A spiritual or mental disquiet. A feeling of anxiety and discomfort. An unknown worry.

Many of us feel uneasy in the world today, leading to anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions.
