Write a Poem About How You Feel

In March, we are looking at panic attacks. We have collaborated with a college student and asked her to share her experiences of panic attacks. She has chosen to share her experiences through poetry.

Why not try writing your own poem about your thoughts and feelings? It does not have to be about panic. Simply write a poem about how you feel. Happy, sad, lonely, fed up, depressed, whatever you feel, have a go at writing a poem.
